Wantirna Park Policies and Conditions:
DEPOSITS: A deposit of the first night's accommodation charge is required upon booking. A larger deposit may be requested for longer stays or during peak periods. Cancellation of reservation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations with more than 30 days notice may be eligible for a refund, minus a $30.00 administration fee. Credits must be used within 12 months. Please note that the above does not include group bookings.
PAYMENT: for all reservations is expected to be paid in full on arrival. Sorry, no cheques.
CANCELLATIONS: alterations to bookings upon arrival or during your stay will NOT be eligible for a refund.
PREFERENCES: whilst all effort is made to fill requests for particular sites/ cabins, we reserve the right to make changes as necessary.
SMOKING: is NOT permitted in cabins or any common areas, such as amenities zone.
PETS: Sorry, no cats or dogs are to enter the park, including with visitors.
CHILDREN: Should be supervised at all times. Their behavior reflects on YOU!
WALKWAYS: please keep to designated walkways. Do not take shortcuts through sites or jump over service trays.
HELMETS: must be worn when riding bikes and scooters. Speed limits apply to ALL vehicles.
DAMAGE: Guests are responsible for, and must pay for any damage or loss of property of Wantirna Park.
TIDINESS: On departure guests are expected to leave cabins/ sites and all common areas neat and tidy. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.
